從古時起,世界各地的猶太會堂會一週一次在安息日讀經,從摩西五經(妥拉)到先知的書(先知書)。每週的讀經內容都有一個希伯來名稱,其出自經文內容起頭的字。每週慣例讀經的實例剛好記載在路加福音四章16節,耶穌來到拿撒勒的會堂,讀了一段先知書(以賽亞書61章)。我們發現每週一次閱讀這些內容,不僅提供我們機會,與世界成千上萬的猶太人來確認神話語的內容,在我們為以色列與猶太人的代禱上,聖靈更時常貼切的啟發具體的內容禱告。

這週的讀經內容聚焦在可拉的背叛。
*民數記16:3; 16:7b: 可拉和他一黨的人對摩西說:『你們擅自專權!全會眾個個既是聖潔,耶和華也在他們中間,你們為什麼自高,超過耶和華的會眾呢﹖』摩西說:『耶和華揀選誰,誰就為聖潔。你們這利未的子孫擅自專權了
在這裡我們看見,這也許就是主在十二章如此嚴厲對付米利暗與亞倫的一個原因,倘若那些在先知與祭司行列的人,不滿他們的位置有別於主揀選與任命其他人的位置,他們的行為就不被允許仿效。摩西並沒有任命自己成為以色列的領袖,是神指派的。諷刺的是,可拉說的是事實,當他宣稱『全會眾個個既是聖潔』─會眾整體是聖潔的(從列國中被分別出來),在裡面的每一個支派、家庭與個人也是『被分別出來』。分別出來意指他們裡外的疆界都必須受到敬重。

請禱告:神的代禱者有敏銳與敏捷的生命─願意、降服並定意分擔祂的負擔,所以能在對的時間被釋放『站在活人死人中間』(並能區別兩者之間的不同)─『重修牆垣』並站在破口上,以致瘟疫就止住了。
*民數記17:10. 耶和華吩咐摩西說:把亞倫的杖還放在法櫃前,給這些背叛之子留作記號。這樣,你就使他們向我發的怨言止息,免得他們死亡。』
背叛的實質希伯來文意思是b'nei-meri─苦毒之子。我們需要留意以弗所書二章1-3節的希伯來文翻譯,『悖逆之子』的翻譯正是b'nei-meri,免得我們太快認為自己與可拉那些背叛的人無關。『你們死在過犯罪惡之中,祂叫你們活過來。那時,你們在其中行事為人,隨從今世的風俗,順服空中掌權者的首領,就是現今在悖逆之子心中運行的邪靈。我們從前也都在他們中間,放縱肉體的私慾,隨著肉體和心中所喜好的去行,本為可怒之子,和別人一樣。』(弗2:1-3

撒母耳記上12:21-22: 若偏離耶和華去順從那不能救人的虛神是無益的。耶和華既喜悅選你們作祂的子民,就必因祂的大名不撇棄你們。』『虛無』或『空虛』這個字的希伯來文(tohu)與神開始吹氣(詩篇33:6)前,用來描述地上的狀態(創世記1:2)『空虛混沌』是相同的字。
請為以色列信徒和為以色列禱告的代禱者禱告:我們的信心不會受到虛無的推理影響,而是將我們的盼望和禱告放在神的信實上,尊榮祂的名,好使我們大受激勵,滿心知道『神喜悅』以色列作祂的子民。

THIS WEEK'S TORAH PORTION:
From ancient times there has been a weekly portion (Parashah) from the first five books of Moses (The Torah) and an ending (Haftarah) from the Prophets read on the Sabbath in synagogues around the world. This portion is given a Hebrew name drawn from the opening words of the Torah passage. An illustration of this practice appears to have been recorded in Luke 4:16 where Yeshua (Jesus) arrived in the synagogue in Nazareth and was asked to read the portion (Isaiah 61) from the Prophets. We have found that in perusing these weekly readings, not only are we provided opportunity to identify in the context of God's Word with millions of Jewish people around the world, but very often the Holy Spirit will illumine specific passages pertinent that week in our intercession for the Land and people of Israel. All texts are those of English translations of the Scriptures.
The reading for this week 17-23 June is called Korach-"Korah":
TORAH: Numbers 16:1-18:32
HAFTARAH: I Samuel 11:14-12:22
This week's Portion focuses on the rebellion of Korah.
*Numbers 16:3; 16:7b: Korah and His Followers to Moses: "You take too much upon yourselves, for all the congregation is holy, every one of them, and the LORD is among them. Why then do you exalt yourselves above the assembly of the LORD?" Moses: "Take censers, Korah and all your company; put fire in them and put incense in them before the LORD tomorrow, and it shall be that the man whom the LORD chooses is the holy one. You take too much upon yourselves, you sons of Levi."
One sees here perhaps one reason for the severity with which the LORD dealt with Miriam and Aaron in Chapter 12. If those in the office of Prophet and Priest are discontent with their place in regard to the positions of others whom the LORD has chosen and appointed, will not their behavior be seen as license by those following to do likewise. Moses had not appointed himself as leader over Israel, God had. Ironically, Korah was speaking a truth when he claimed that "all the congregation is holy, everyone of them"-the congregation as a whole was holy (i.e. "set apart") from the other nations, and within that congregation individual tribes and families and individuals were also "set apart". Setting-apart implies boundaries both from without and from within which must be respected by those set apart to other responsibilities.
PLEASE PRAY: for unity amongst believers in Israel-for humility, respect and honour towards the gifts and callings of each. For realization that it is the Holy Spirit who makes these distinctions; it is 'taking too much upon ourselves' when we criticize or envy them.

PLEASE PRAY for Godly discipline in the love and fear of the LORD within the Congregations. It may be helpful to read the Book of JUDE in this respect (especially vss 8-11) which prophecies how "rejection of authority" and "speaking evil of dignitaries-the "rebellion of Korah"-will resurface in latter days, and the spirit in which it must be addressed when it does.
*Numbers 16:48: "Then Aaron took the censer as Moses had commanded, and ran into the midst of the assembly; and already the plague had begun among the people. So he put in the incense and made atonement for the people. And he stood between the dead and the living; so the plague was stopped." Even in the midst of a rebellious people, the LORD is longing to find those who will "stand in the gap" on their behalf and on behalf of His land ("So I sought for a man among them who would make a wall, and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found no one. Therefore, I have poured out My indignation on them." -Ezekiel 22:30).
PLEASE PRAY: For sensitivity and readiness on behalf of God's Intercessors-willingness, surrender and resolve to share His burden, so as to be released at just the right time to "stand between the dead and the living" (and to be able to differentiate between the two)-to "make a wall" and stand in the gap so that plague will be stopped.
*Numbers 17:10. "And the LORD said to Moses, 'Bring Aaron's rod back before the Testimony, to be kept as a sign against the rebels, that you may put their complaints away from Me, lest they die.'" "Rebels" is literally b'nei-meri-"sons (or children) of bitterness". Lest we be too quick to distance ourselves from those who fell in Korah's rebellion and the mutinous disruptions which followed, we would note that in the Hebrew translation of Ephesians 2:1-3, exactly the same words b'nei-meri are used to translate "sons of disobedience"-"And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins, in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience, among whom also we all once conducted ourselves in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, just as the others. But God." (Emphasis ours).
*I Samuel 12:21-22: "You must not turn aside, for then you would go after futile things which cannot profit or deliver, because they are futile. For the LORD will not abandon His people on account of His great name, because the LORD has been pleased to make you a people for Himself" (NASB). The word "futile" or "emptiness" is in Hebrew ("tohu") the same word used of the state of the earth (Genesis 1:2) before Elohim began breathing His Life into it (Psalm 33:6).
PLEASE PRAY: For Israeli believers and those who intercede for her, that our faith not be distracted into reasonings which are emptiness and void-but rather that we base our hope and prayers on God's faithfulness to honour His Name, that we be encouraged in the knowledge that it is "His pleasure" to make Israel a "people for Himself."

告主必醫治, 並藉此提升信心, 不再靠自己, 更要依靠祂, 每個困難是依靠神的每一個機會. 也要省

*民數記 6:22-27. 耶和華曉諭摩西說:你告訴亞倫和他兒子說:你們要這樣為以色列人祝福,說:
願耶和華賜福給你,保護你。
願耶和華使祂的臉光照你,賜恩給你。
願耶和華向你仰臉,賜你平安。
他們要如此奉我的名為以色列人祝福;我也要賜福給他們。
主聖潔之名的賜福透過祭司成為以色列的遮蓋和保護。沒有其他名字能有真正的能力來賜福他們,成為他們的保障和保護,釋放恩典在他們身上,或是以真實的平安來保守他們的心思意念。在此祝福中有兩次提到 神的臉;活在祂臉上的光之絕對必要性,貫穿在整本希伯來聖經中。摩西禱告若沒有 神的臉(有時翻為『同在』),就不要將他與百姓領到應許之地(出埃及記33:14-15)。在詩篇八十篇,詩人亞薩一連三次將 神的臉發光等同於『救恩』,而詩篇四十四篇3節可拉後裔將以色列贏得地土歸功於 神的『右手』、祂的膀臂,和祂臉上的亮光。在大衛所唱的詩篇,有一個聲音說:『你們當尋求我的面』,而大衛的回應,也是人心中的呼求是:『耶和華啊,你的面我正要尋求,不要向我掩面。』(詩篇27:8-9
當主將祂的名字雅威(YHVH)放在以色列之上, 神的賜福也會臨到以色列兒女。今日以色列已經失去對那個名字的讀法;在吟誦主的賜福時, 神的名被改為Adonai(我的主)。然而, 神的名卻藏著耶穌的希伯來名Yeshua,是Yehoshua的縮短版,意指 神拯救(YHVH Saves)!祂是『 神榮耀所發的光輝,是 神本體的真像,常用祂權能的命令托住萬有(希伯來書1:3);祂是和平之君。

TORAH: Numbers 4:21-7:89
HAFTARAH: Judges 13:2-25
*Numbers 6:22-27. And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying: 'Speak to Aaron and his sons, saying, "This is the way you shall bless the children of Israel. Say to them:
'YHVH bless you and guard you
YHVH make His face shine upon you and grace you
YHVH lift up His face to you and give you Shalom.'
"So they shall put My name on the children of Israel, and I will bless them."
With this blessing the LORD's holy name YHVH was placed over the Israelites by the priests as a covering and protection. No other name would have true power to bless them, to be their guard and keeper, to release grace upon them, or to guard their hearts and minds with true shalom. Twice this blessing refers to the LORD's face. The absolute necessity of being in the light of that face permeates the Hebrew Bible from beginning to end. Without God's face (sometimes rendered "presence" in English translations) Moses prayed that God not bring himself and the people up to the Promised Land (Exodus 33:14-15). Three times in Psalm 80 the minstrel Asaph equates the face of God shining on Israel with her "salvation", while in Psalm 44:3 the sons of Korah attribute Israel's winning of the Land to YHVH's "right hand, His arm, and the light of His face, because he loved them". There is a voice, sang David, crying out on God's behalf within every man, "Seek My face!" His response, whenever He recognized it, would be "Your face, LORD, I will seek.do not hide Your face from me" (Psalm 27:8).
So this was the blessing which would attend the Children of Israel when the LORD placed His name YHVH over them. Sometime during her captivity, after the Glory had departed Jerusalem, Israel lost the pronunciation of that Name. Today, when the blessing is recited, it is replaced by Adonai (Lord/Master). However, the Name is hidden within Yeshua, the original Hebrew name for Jesus. Yeshua, a contraction for Yehoshua, means YHVH Saves! He is "the radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of His being, sustaining all things by His powerful word" (Hebrews 1:3). He is Sar Shalom.the Prince of Peace. As members of a Holy Priesthood (Rev. 1:6), we would encourage you as an act of intercession to pray this blessing over the Jewish people, placing The Name conjoined with Salvation-Yeshua-over them.
Pray for the veil to be removed from Jewish eyes through the power of the Holy Spirit that they may know their LORD face-to-face. "And I will not hide my face from them anymore; for I shall have poured out my Spirit on the house of Israel,' says Adonai YHVH-the Lord GOD" (Ezekiel 39:29).
*Judges 13:6. "A man of God came to me, and his appearance was like the appearance of the angel of God, very awesome." In this recounting of the coming of the angel/messenger of God to Manoah's wife to herald the conception of Samson, at least five times he is referred to as a 'man'. Two of those times he is called a "Man of God".which, interestingly, could just as easily be translated from the Hebrew "The God-Man" (Ish ha-Elohim). Later in the story he refuses to give his name, since it is 'wonderful'-and at the end Manoah is convinced that he and his wife must die, "because we have seen God." Of course, at this time Yeshua/Jesus had not yet taken on human flesh. It appears, nonetheless, to be an instance of a pre-incarnate manifestation of the One who was to come.
PLEASE PRAY for the understanding of Jews who read or hear these words next weekend to be opened, that they may comprehend the identity of the One who came to Manoah and his wife and ascended in the flame-of the One who was seated on the throne of the chariot in Ezekiel Chapter one-of the One who came down in flame onto the mountain in Exodus 19 (Luke 24:44-45)-of the One who has come in the flesh once before, and Who is coming again!

  安息日平安並祝五旬節快樂

內塔尼亞胡:絕不放棄耶路撒冷
在耶路撒冷回歸紀念活動上,以色列總理內塔尼亞胡重申不會放棄耶路撒冷,認為分割只會導致更多衝突。
「以色列若沒有耶路撒冷,就好像一個沒有心臟的身體,我們的心永不會再被割開。」他又說:「如果一個國家願意犧牲她的心臟,即是對敵人說,她願意放棄一切。」
巴勒斯坦堅持以色列拱讓東耶路撒冷包括聖殿山,否則不會建立和平關係。內塔尼亞胡卻認為,以色列割讓聖殿山,將引致宗教戰爭。
耶路撒冷回歸紀念日當天,3名猶太人在聖殿山上大聲誦讀禱文,被
以色列警方勸喻後,仍拒絕停止,最後遭警方強行帶離現場。雖然聖殿山屬以色列領土,但為免激怒穆斯林,以色列立法禁止猶太人和基督徒在山上禱告。(香港國度復興報Israel Today,2012年5月20-21日)
巴勒斯坦領袖發動口頭聖戰
CBN報道,巴勒斯坦自治政府主席及總理在5月15日發表有關「大災難」(Nakba)的言論,威脅及詆毀以色列。
巴政府主席阿巴斯指控以色列於過去數十年,在其首都耶路撒冷進行種族清洗。對於阿巴斯來說,1946至1967年期間在約旦佔領的耶路撒冷社區興建,是違法的,他表示:「數十年來,以色列在耶路撒冷及周圍建立定居點,大量拆毀市內房屋,原居民每日被迫遷離家鄉。」但他的指控與事實不符。城內房屋沒有被大量拆毀,只是猶太人及阿拉伯人的一些無牌房屋被清拆。
阿巴斯接續指控以色列策劃破壞聖殿山上的阿克薩清真寺(al-Aksa),但事實上,以色列政府的舉動為穆斯林的宗教活動提供保護。該處原是猶太人第一及第二聖殿的所在地,穆斯林逢周五蜂湧到聖殿山祈禱,為怕挑釁阿拉伯人,猶太人及基督徒不獲准在該處祈禱。
他表示,「佔據一日持續,無法達致和平」,他承諾會不顧一切,令以色列完全終止佔據「巴勒斯坦的首都」耶路撒冷。在此之前,以色列將不能和平生活,他們須繼續為其敵對姿態承擔後果。
巴勒斯坦總理法耶茲表示,以色列必須退回1967年前所定的停火線,並答應接收巴勒斯坦「難民」及其後代,但這會令以色列面對嚴重分割。其實,所謂的回國權利,是基於巴勒斯坦拒絕承認以色列地是猶太人的根源地。
從阿巴斯及法耶茲不加掩飾的言論可見,他們的意圖及目的就是發動口頭聖戰,呼籲毀滅以色列,他們在
巴勒斯坦官方地圖、文件、傳媒、文化及課程散播他們的意識形態。(香港國度復興報2012年5月16日)
